Very Unhappy with Eurolux products

Over the past 18 months I purchased 14 Eurolux outdoor LED lights that come on at night and go off in the day. Of the 14 purchased only two are still working. Of the seven ones I purchased in 2023, 5are not working. Today I returned 4 (with proof of purchase) to Builders Warehouse and they said they cannot take them back as one of the LED's in each lamp is burnt out and Eurolux will not collect them. The packaging clearly states they should last 25,000 hours, that's about 3 years if left on constantly. In my opinion this is misleading. How do I sort this out?
