Stellar customer service
I had a problem with an insect killer unit,H47. This was the third unit I had purchased and was bitterly disappointed. Robert responded to my email. He displayed such empathy and professionalism. He then roped Lawrence in to deliver a replacement unit to me. All this done with speed and with great attitude. They both displayed such team work in resolving my issue. Thank you guys, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
