Selling bad products with our feedback

I wrote an email about a Eurolux globe I bought from builders warehouse that I replaced and switched on and it popped. I wanted to know if there's any warranty for something like that but until today I had no feedback.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by your bad experience.

Please be assured that all our product's carry at least a 12 month warranty, and any failures during this period, that may be as a result of the product being faulty, will indeed be replaced.
