Poor quality fluorescent fittings

I purchased three open channel double fluorescent fittings last week. They are connected to a timer and one, sometimes two, sometimes all three either fail to turn on, or simply turn off by themselves during the period they are supposed to be on. This is not the first time I have experienced this and in my opinion, Eurolux do not provide quality products...
