Outstanding Customer Service

Earlier this year I purchased 3 ceiling fans for a new property. Upon installation I found that they were not operating as expected, and I reported it to the supplier. They immediately contacted Eurolux, and I received a call from Eurolux the same day. The technician (Pierre) came out the next day, and told me that he would replace all the fans for me. He made an appointment, and removed the existing fans, and then assembled and installed new fans, all with a smile. I am astounded by their customer service .. EUROLUX, YOU ROCK !!!
