No much help

<p>I called your offices in Jhb today, to find some parts for Euolux lamps i purchased from Game about a year and half back. The techical team were of niot much help, accpet to say they dont have stock and dont keep stock of touch light dimmer sensors.</p> <p> </p> <p>So my question to the technican was, if you do not keep the part, how do i fix my lamps (2 that are not working). Response was, we dont have any.</p> <p>So, my next question was, do i just throw my lamps away and buy new ones?</p> <p>Speak to my manager.....and the call was cut.</p> <p> </p> <p>So, i purchased 4 lamps, 2 are not working, and Eurolox has no parts. Which makes me think, i should not buy Eurolux again if this is the service i will get.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can we get this sorted?</p> <p>I</p>
