Eurolux LED Security Flood Lights

I have recently purchased downlights, bathroom lights, security lights and outside lantern lights for my entire house from Arora lights in Montagure Gardens. After all the lights were installed there was a few drops of rain, not anything to mention, but after that the security lights *****s which are supposed to be for the outside started to rust!! I then complained to Arora lights with regards to this on the 03/08/2015. Is this the norm for inferior products to be sold to the public? Are the security lights not meant to be for outside? Do all suppliers of security lights use inferior *****s and hope and pray that whoever purchases these lights do so in summer therefore when winter comes around they dont look at the lights or it has passed the warranty period? Eurolux has contacted me and Joy advised me that all their *****s will rust but on the info brochure inside it supposedly tells you to wash the lights every 2 weeks with a soapy solution!! I requested this information but still waiting! This is a joke! I dont want these lights!!!!
