Eurolux F7 ceiling fan broken light cover

I bought 3 of the F7 ceiling fans. During installation, while fitting the light cover on the last one, it broke, and I could see that it was molded extremely thin. I had to wait almost 6 months for a new one, because they didn't have stock! On one of their more popular products!? and then Cajees Lighting in Trichardt, still had the audacity to charge me for it.
