Disappointed at the product quality

I've purchased 5 X Eurolux 20W LED Floodlights. Of the 5 lights that I purchased 2 of them have stopped working and 1 has taken in water(even though it is a sealed unit) All within 5 months.

I've also purchased 3 Carbon filament bulbs at R70 per bulb. Also within a 5 month period I have has to replace 2 of them. Eurolux have always made good quality products. But now I'm sitting with 3 blown Floodlights (unfortunenately I dont have the slip anymore but I still have the products)

Please advise on what do I do from here...As I have spent some money on these products of your which seem to be failing...
