Bad Quality

As my husband hates aircons, we wanted to get very good, nice looking standing fans for our rooms. For the main bedroom he bought the industrial looking one - bad idea as it was so loud we could not even talk, blowing us away about. Took it back the same day, but it could not be accepted as the box itself was damaged. We have a 3 year old that loved thw big box and started playing in it and drawing on it.

Fine, so we bought two of thwir “normal” standing ones. After 2x days the one made a weird sound when it came to the far right side. Great, so we had it not going from left to right but in one place. Annoying but fine. Tried moving it again this weekend and it made a click-clack sound the whole time trying to move from left to right. My son’s one was still 100% so I moved his into my room as he was not home. Worked perfectly. Moved it back just now. Not bumping it against anything, and now it is not even switching on. So we have 2x defective, not working fans and one massive one that we can’t use. A good R6000 - WASTED. Strangely, our Kenwood (not standing) is still perfect, 5-6 years later. Coincidence? And I can obviously not take it back to Chamberlains as we don’t have the receipt or box. I will NEVER buy another Eurolux product again.
