Extremely Bad!!

<p>i bought earings as a gift for my sister, to find out that she does not want them but somthing else, the following day after my purchase i have send a whattsap message to the consultant to cancel my purchase.</p> <p>she never said anything to a week later she says she will pop in to collect but i was no leave from that day she come, payment went through on 15th December and she told me some story and to reverse it on my side, my banker told me that as i have swiped my card the cannot do the refund. 16th January she came to collect the earings and some story of why i will not get my first instalment back of which i "understood" ... 25th january no earings they debit from my account again!!! contact the consultant she tells me to contact their office of which i did the lady said she will phone on friday and today she still not called me and i did call , she tells me that "she" cannot refund me and there is only one month left i might as well pay it off!! while i told that consultant that i ahve bought somethings else that i also pay installments!!!</p> <p> i have doen as per NCA to return products within 10day period.</p>
