Bad Service, Attitute and Product Quality

I bought a ring from Eurojeweller cc on the 5th November 2014. The lady who sold it to me at my workplace promised good quality of the product and if something is wrong with the ring they will come and collect the ring to fix it for free due to the 2 year guarantee. End December 2 of the stones fell out and the ring's colour faded
