Exceptional BAD service!!

<p>If you spend hundreds of thousands of rands with a supplier you would expect decent, honest, prompt service. If it takes more than a year to fix a defect, and you have to constantly follow up, remind, beg and plea, this does not constitute good service. Strange that once final payment has been made you are suddenly not the important client any more.</p>
