Poor Quality & Non-existant After-Sales Service

We had some exposed aggregate paving done by Eurocrete at the end of 2015; we were given a discount at the time for a section which was not done properly and looked unsightly but accepted it. However, less than a year later ALL of the paving started to disintegrate to the point where some patches are just sand, there is not even stones left and have been trying to contact Eurocrete for over a year now via their website and have even sent direct messages to the cell phone number they have listed but all of these attempts have been completely ignored! I know people who have had exposed aggregate paving for 15 years+ and still looks in better condition than ours! Paving is not something you should have to replace on a yearly basis anyway and the fact that our requests to have someone come out and look at it have gone ignored simply adds insult to injury! Would not recommend their product nor their services (or lack thereof) to anyone...
