Eurocrete - Worst Contractor I have Ever Used

Is there anyone standing up to the poor quality service being given by Eurocrete? How I wish that I Googled for user reviews on Eurocrete before I used them in March 2018! Eurocrete has an impressive website, but do not let that fool you !!!! I contracted them for imprinted paving for our backyard. Such a simple job, which is now turning into a nightmare with bad workmanship and non-existing after-sales service by Derrick. If for some unknown reason you do decide to use them, do not, I repeat DO NOT pay the final amount before Eurocrete has finished the job to your satisfaction. Derrick asks for a 50% deposit upfront and 49% when the final touches is done to the paving and the last 1% when all rubble etc is removed from the premises. We made the mistake by paying the 49% when he told us to pay it. We are now struggling to get them to fix the mistakes they have made. Derrick is not returning my messages. He is also not following up on the last 1% which we've decided to withhold until they have fixed the bad workmanship. Clearly he is not planning to fix it and also not interested in the last 1%. Our imprinted paving looks as if it is 10 years old, instead of 1 month!!
