A careless attitude to job management

The couldn't care less attitude of Derek Martin, owner and manager of Eurocreate Paving, created a really bad experience for such a simple job. A mess was left everywhere and his manners are non-existent. He insinuated blame to me the customer where he had no planning as every decision was an afterthought. His lack of planning and team management extended to complete disrespect of other peoples property. I expressed my disappointment in the mess and lack of care to personal property and it took a lot of argument to get satisfactory repairs done, having him even blame me for looking for problems. I will never use Eurocreate again!
