EUROCOOL...

<p>I am a small business owner and about a month ago I had sent one of my clients to purchase a compressor from a company called Eurocool. The compressor that was purchased was a 220v and a single phase compressor that only has a neutral and live connection, when the compressor was bought it came with no instruction and the feedback that i was given when asked i was told that the manufacturers do not supply instructions for they are not aware for what the compressor be use for. When one on my techinicians connected this compressor to a fridge the compressor did not work, when this was taken back to eurocool , it was advised that the comprssor needs to be checked and because they do not have the facility in durban it would have to be sent to JHB, which was agreed, a week later i get a report that wa only one sentence to state that the wiring of the compressor was burnt, no other explaination. When i queried , i was not given full information and i tried to escalate this to the highest point in the company but to date i have not yet received any feedback and the company does not want to refund the amount paid for the compressor.</p> <p>i am sooo disappointed in which this query is been handled by the company</p>
