Worst service ever received!

I had the displeasure of dealing with euro bride menlyn maine . firstly my consultant named natika has the worst most pathetic attitude when dealing with clients .my wedding was a month away and she still dint arrange a fitting for me .as the first time i tried the dress in september 2018 it was to big.when i called her for a fitting she refused and the manager had arranged it ,alterations were still not done at this stage.a week before my wedding she infromed me alterations were done so i requested it to be fitted as i lived 400 km away .she refused and stated that it wasnt arranged and i should try it at home .when i stated how unreasonable this was, she literally shouted at me on the phone , absoultely disregarding that i am the customer . eventually after much hassel i got the dress .The day before my wedding i had realised that there was a hole on my dress and the crystals were faling off , the sleeves that were added to the dress were to big and constantly fell off during the wedding and to top it, i had paid for a veil and a ******* piece of unevenly cut material was given to me ! I had to buy a new veil the day before my wedding .i would never advise ANYONE to deal with this store.the service is pathetic and so are the staff .
