Very bad service

I bought my wedding gown from eurobride pretoria Nov 2015. I was helped by a very friendly Babara I wanted to keep by my dress by the store once paid but I was told cannot . Instead i was told I can come back closer to my wedding date that if I needed adjustments to the dress , dry cleaning etc that I could just come back they will do it for me. I went back to the store closer to the wedding date only to receive terrible service. Mianda was the consultant ,we were rushed out of the appointment like little kids who were not supposed to be there. I was there to find out if hey would dry clean my dress an the consultant said I should put my dress in soap it will be cheaper . She said I could just buy a streamer and do it myself . I was there also to buy a veil an when I wore my dress I was told "why are you putting on your dress "she quickly put on my dress an rushed us out of the store. Once she put on my dress it tore in the front .Now I'm expected to pay a fee for repair for something that I had nothing to do with . I went to complain to the regional manager nthabiseng . She kindly said I should send an email an they will take it on an attend it . I was not helped I still was expected to pay for a dress that I didn't damage. I'm very very disappointed with eurobride I would never tell anyone to go there ONCE YOU BUY YOUR DRESS THEY DON'T TAKE CARE of you Very bad service! "
