THEY DON''T DESERVE A STAR!

Had the most awful experience with Eurobride Randburg! From issues with appointments, a way to long dress 3 days before the wedding by giving me an even bigger hoop (not what I wanted but was given no choice!! I was desperate enough to settle for less!), sales consultant whom sends you to look for a veil somewhere else also 3 days before your wedding ("EUROBRIDE , I am still waiting for the consultant to phone me, this is almost 3 weeks ago") ... and THEN saying my refund has been sent to the accountant and have been PROCESSED 2 days before I found out that there is no refund and i waited 2 week for this pathetic answer!!! Will definitely NOT recommend you EVER to anyone!!! Brides to BE.... Make sure you also get the support from the Bridal shop ... it is not fun sitting with a huge dress 3 days before your wedding and being sent away to "buy a veil" from another bridal shop - FIND A BRIDAL SHOP with consultants that have warm hearts and will let you enjoy your experience!!
