The service is really bad.

I wish I went through other people's reviews first before I could go to Eurobride, im sitting here with regrets. The dress I rented for my wedding was new at the time i booked and paid a deposit for it, and they promised to keep it and not rent out until my wedding. Come December 2019, that dress was no longer the same. The petticoat/steffinic was torn,and the consultant made it a sure that I do not see that when she packed it. The dress did not sit me the same, you could see that it has been through a lot m. ts already September 2020, I have not been refunded the damage deposit. I sent them emails, I called them for so many times, but still. The manager is always nowhere to be found. I REALLY DON'T RECOMMEND EUROBRIDE TO ANYONE. IT'S Really an ENTER @ YOUR OWN RISK SITUATION.
