The nightmare continues....Bad Management

I posted a bad review regarding my horrible experience at Eurobride on the 3 of July 2019 on Hellopeter. I eventually got my dress a week before my wedding which was on the 20th of July 2019.I hired a stiffening for the dress which I paid R850 and R450 of that was a refundable deposit, upon returning the stiffening I was told that my deposit will be paid within 10 days, however after more than a month of not receiving my deposit I made several follow ups and I was told by the receptionist that I will get my deposit until I got an email from the manager(Kayla) on the 13th of September 2019 indicating that they are withholding my deposit until I change my Hellopeter review to a positive one or remove the review. This company continues to offer horrible customer service and I would rather lose my deposit and warn future brides to be weary of EUROBRIDE Bryanston, instead of using the reviews to offer a better services to their costumer they want to bully clients and cheat them out of their deposit.
