Supplying different dress than what is ordered

1 - Getting a dress which is different from the one I ordered, staff denying that it is different. <br> 2 - Having a lack of communication, having to email daily/phone to get any information from them.<br> 3 -Inconsistency from the staff ie some alterations discussed and said to be possible one week and the next week are deemed impossible by another staff member. <br> 4 - Refusal to give out management's numbers/details. <br> <br> and so I am waiting to hear back from them getting closer and closer to my wedding date without a straight answer if I am getting my money back or that they will alter the dress - every alteration I suggest is an issue with them.<br> <br>
