Shocking service from Eurobride!

Complaining on behalf of a friend who is not getting anywhere with Eurobride - she has demanded the managers details and was told they do not give them out? What kind of company will not let you escalate a problem to the manager! This is only making the situation worse - for a company in the bridal industry I am appalled at their lack of customer service. <br> <br> I am getting married soon and will make a point of not using them - word of mouth is a powerful tool!
