PATHETIC STORE REALLY TERRIBLE STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT A WEDDING DRESS DO NOT GO TO EUROBRIDE PLEASE

To all the brides I am pleading with you to NEVER use Eurobride, I have paid 24000.00 to Eurobride for a dress I did not wear, as the dress that arrived was of poor quality and a totally different design to what i ordered. I refused to take the dress because I know my rights, I wanted a refund they have still not given me back a cent of my money up to today my wedding was on the 3rd of February 2018. I did not take any dress from them and they are telling me they dont want to deal with me so they can obiviously keep my money for longer. They are sitting with my hard earned money that i paid to them. I am taking them to court as soon as I can. They have been nothing but rude to me and ***** from when i started paying them for a dress i never got. a month before my wedding they told to come see the dress that was not even in the store at the time i went there during my lunch break to see a dress that wasnt even there and the consultant who was suppose to be helping me was hiding away because she didnt want ton tell me the dress was still in Pretoria, who does things like this how are they professional how is that customer service. Honestly you dont get married everyday and you want that day to be special the wedding dress is the most important thing, Please DO NOT USE EUROBRIDE!!!!!!
