Pathetic Service

I was promised to get my Refund end of August 31st, that never happened. I called on the 31/08/2015, spoke to Celene/Selene, gave her my banking details telephonically (which I already submitted on the 11/08/2015 VIA EMAIL, the day i returned their dress). She told me I will get my refund on thursday (04/09/2015). Friday morning, nothing was appearing on my account. I called and spoke to Kerrin, she promised to investigate and provide me with feedback by COB that friday. Guess what, she never called me. I SEND THEM AN EMAIL, THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO RESPOND. I called AGAIN, on Monday and Celene/Selene answered the phone, when I asked her about my refund, she came with another excuse. I was not interested and asked to speak to a Manager. Thabi Nanzi (so called Manager), promised to escalate and was promised to get my refund on Thursday 10/11/15. Today is Friday 11/11/15, I AM STILL WAITING.
