I wanted to put in a cancellation to EuroBride because they have not updated my invoice and when I call to make arrangements for fittings nobody was aware of my booking, I then put in a cancellation and asked for a full refund. The sales consultant sent me an email with cancellation terms which was not brought to my attention before or at the time I made payment via EFT for the dress. The head office was made aware of my request and basically they told me to go straight to hell nobody from head office called me to find out how they can best resolve the matter or to even find out what transpired. The just said my request for cancellation was short notice and cancellation fee is 100%.
