Eurobride destroy a braids dream day.

I would like to inform you of what Eurobride have done to my daughter 2 days before her wedding.

We went to the PTA Eurobride and see the sales lady Maria what promise us that they wil change a wedding dress at the back the same as in the front, but that did not happen.

The service that we get from them was terrible and they did not even bother to help us when we collect the gown that was not right as promise.

Eurobride promise us the gown we show them to change it as in the frond but did not deliver it, on that day 25 October 2018 they promise us the gown will be ready with all the beading work. On that day the dress was not as they promise us (what Maria working at Eurobride promise us) they even didn’t want to help us with a different gown and that 2 days before her wedding.

The lady’s that help us (not even the sale lady that was not in that day) told us that it is not acceptable but they can’t do anything for us. She phone somebody and come back and said they can't help us, we purchase that gown and we have to take it.

How can Eurobride have that attitude to an braid, empty promises to the braid, they promise and then they can’t deliver.

I did take it up with them, it is one of there employees mistake and they don’t want to take the blame for it even if it is there employees that promise us she is still a reprehensive of the company and I feel it is Eurobride’s responsibility to accommodate us, but they did not.

The lady that have to deliver it on that day did put a few stones on but still it was not as we were promise by Maria from Eurobrides. I still have to take it to someone to make it representative at the back and pay him for it.

Be careful what you been promise and let they wright everything down don't trust Eurobrides.
