Dress not fit for purpose

In February this year, I put down a deposit on a dress from Eurobride for my wedding this month. The dress had sleeves and I was assured that they could be removed to make the dress strapless. In August, however, I was informed that the dress could not be strapless due to its weight. I really loved the dress and suggested adding a halterneck, on which we agreed. After a few trips back and forth to their seamstress (LOCATED IN PRETORIA), the dress is still not fitting me properly (bulges of material at the top).<br> <br> On my most recent fitting, a quick in-store alteration and a promise that the dress would stop bulging if I used double-sided body tape had me confident enough to pay the final bill and take the dress home to try it on again with the tape (\I could always bring it back if it didn't work").
