Dissappointed Bride and Bad Service

My experience has been nothing short of disasterous.<br> Most disappointing was the poor quality dress I received which literally ripped apart on my wedding day i.e.The applique on the right sleeve forearm ripped before I entered the venue and had to be stitched on by a family member, The under arm on the very same sleeve had ripped at lunch and, by the end of the night, had ripped almost completely off and the tulle along the front and back of the dress had little rips at the bottom which embarrassingly flapped in our outside photo shoot.<br> <br> I raised these concerns in an email to the company head office and finally received a response after 2 weeks which was extremely rude and uncalled for. There was no proper signature indicating who it had come from but the person insinuated that I had ripped the dress myself (Quote: \The dress can not tear by itself") and that my complaint was unreasonable.<br> <br> I had paid close to R20 000 for the dress and naturally would have been disappointed at the condition of the dress hence i raised it in a respectful manner. I did not expect to be treated with such disrespect as if it was given to me as charity<br> <br> That kind of rudeness is utterly disgusting."""
