DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR - EUROBRIDE IGNORES ALL REQUESTS

My wedding that was booked for 24th April has since been cancelled.

I rented a gown from eurobride and paid in full (R12,000) but this dress is lying in their storage. Unused.

I requested a cancellation and a refund more than 3 weeks ago and have been ignored by eurobride. After multiple emails and calls made nobody is willing to assist me!!!

Little do they know that I work for attorneys and will take this further seeing that my multiple requests has fallen on deaf ears.

I will be sending through a letter of demand, if they ignore that then I will be issuing summons against Eurobride. They will not get away with this and they have now messed with the wrong person.

The service or lack thereof is absolutely disgusting. They are *****ing my money as I have not made use of the dress and for them to hold my money is unjustified enrichment. They dont deserve a star!!!
