Bride to be-DO NOT USE Eurobride

Brides to be, if you are looking to purchase a dress from Eurobride, please do not go there! The service is terrible, they do not get back to you, the quality of the dress once received is not up to standard and they honestly do not care about you as the customer.

I purchased a dress and paid the full amount in June 2017, unfortunately my wedding got cancelled and I emailed the Eurobride team to request if they could keep the dress and refund me, it took them 3 weeks to provide an answer and I constantly had to call and email as they never reply. They advised me that they could not refund me ,which I understand but why take 3 weeks to advise me that they are unable to assist. I get told the dress is made to my measurements but the dress is half a meter too long and the lace of the dress is not even sown on properly. When you are spending R12 000 on a wedding dress you do expect better service but clearly they do not care about the customer. I have emailed and complained and they still do not reply. I am very disappointed in their bad attitude.
