Avoid Eurobride Menlyn Maine!! I had the worse experience with them!!

I would not recommend anyone to buy their dress at Eurobride. I had so bad experience at this place. I paid R25 000 for my dress and got married on the 10th of November 2018. First I struggled to get my dress and I paid in time. When I went for my first fitting my dress was beautiful but a bit to big, when they made my dress smaller they made it to small. They then took it out a bit and when I went again to fit it, it was good enough although it was a bit to small. I received my dress in time but when I opened my dress it was dirty and wriggled. We had to steam my dress the entire morning because my dress was so wriggled. There was also a torn in my dress and we had to fixed it on the day of the wedding. Eurobride's dresses is so beautiful that is why I brought my dress there but when I received my dress I had so much problems with it. Later the evening my lace also torn. I had so bad experience with Eurobride and I don't want other bride's to experience this because it is not nice if you pay so much for a dress but have all these problems. I don't know if they torn my dress on purpose because I had an argument with one of their staff at Menlyn Maine's branch because their attitude and service was bad. Please ladies think twice if you buy your dress at Eurobride Menlyn Maine. There is more bad reviews as good reviews. If i knew then what I know now I would buy my dress elsewhere.
