Euro Towing has only **** and stole my vehicle

Terrible people to do business with. Took my vehicle from an accident scene on the 2nd of November and I was informed they would contact me first, no such service. I had to contact them first on the 19th November in regards to payment on my vehicle, as they owe me money for the vehicle. It is the 10th of December, still no payment, still no straight answers or proof of payment, no paper work requests nothing. When I call it most gets ignored. When I WhatsApp i have to wait and wait for lies it turns out.
