I have been waiting for my tiles 3 weeks ago

I have been waiting for my tiles since 3 weeks ago. this company has been promising to deliver my goods. This is really annoying that they do not want people to go and collect the goods at their warehouse but they still failing to deliver. I'm really not happy with the service.
