We bought a suit for our son for his matric dance. It had to be altered and we took it back on Sunday, 13th Sept. We were told to collect it today and we went to fetch it today. The assistant made us wait whilst he assisted 6 to 7 other clients whilst he was busy assisting us. Everytime he left to assist someone us. My son had to tell him not to take us for a fool after waiting a full hour. They were looking for our suit but it seems they didn't want to us us that they were not sure where he suit was. The service was bad.
