Tuxedo with holes in it

We went to Eurosuit in Horizonview on 28 March 2015 where my husband chose a suit for a very important function at work. We collected the suit a week later on Saturday 7 March 2015.<br> The event started at 19:00 and right after the welcoming drink my husbands colleague approached him to say that there are 2 huge holes in his trousers. We stayed for the speeches but soon after had to leave due to absolute embarrassment. We paid R900 to rent a suit and due to incompetence could not complete our evening<br> The next day Sunday 8 March we returned the suit and lodged a complain and filled in a refund form. We were told that we wil have an answer by Friday13 March. To date we have still not received any answers.<br> I phoned and spoke to Ashwin on the 16th and he promised to phone me back by end of business - he didn't<br> I phoned again today to speak to Ashwin where he told me we are only getting a partial refund.<br> I e-mailed the manager Madeleine le Roux on these dates explaining that the insident completely ruined our evening and to assist on these dates 13, 16, 17 March 2015.
