Promises not kept

I requested a specific suit from Euro suit mitchells plain. The branch manager said that he has it in stock. This happened early November 2015. I went to the Durban branch (20th November 2015) to take measurements seeing I am from durban and need it the 19th December 2015 for my wedding. I kept asking the branch manager if he was sure that the suit will be ready and he assured me that it will. Today (16th December 2015) I got a call from the branch manager saying that he won't be able to get the suit for me. I have 2 days to now find a suit and find this service unacceptable. I always asked for an invoice for banking details to make an eft to assure my booking but this never happened. If this is the promise that Euro Suit stands by then surely I will look for better service elsewhere.
