Poor Service

We hired suits for a wedding, went for the fitting and when the suits were collected they were the wrong size. It was a wedding outside of JHB so we had to ask one of the guests to collect it for us. Upon returning the suits I requested a refund for the inconvenience. Refund was denied for reasons unknown to me and promises of contact by management have not been forthcoming. Absolutely pathetic customer service, will never use them again and urge anyone who is looking to rent suits to use another supplier.<br>
