Poor service

We bought a suit for my fiance' on the 3rd November from the umhlanga branch and they had to get the correct size and colour from another store which they said would take a few days. It's been 3 weeks and we still waiting for feedback, whenever I call it's one story after another from Ayanda the sales assistant. The service is poor and they have *********** staff unable to give any time frame as to when the correct sized suit will arrive and we have already made payment. Utter poor service.
