Pathetic service!!

Long story short. I went to Eurosuit Menlo park(Lynnwood rd, PTA) to hire suite for my wedding. <br> <br> Having agreed on suites for myself and 3 groomsman. A R800 deposit was paid. We went for the final fitting on saturday 14 March. Leonard, who helped us, assured us that the suites will be ready 09:00 on friday 20 March for collection. Seeing we still having more things to collect and then still have to drive to Dullstroom.<br> <br> On that Friday(20March) we ran a bit late and could only collect the suites at 10:15. On arrival, the waistcoats were still in the drier. They said it would be ready in 10minutes. We decided to wait as we had no other option. Only to find out that our suite jackets were also still at the dry cleaners in Johannesburg and will only arrive at 13:00! <br> <br> Leonard was off that day and so Desmond helped us. *********** as he and his fellow employees were, they could not think further as to pick up the phone and find out what is going on. My wife had to tell them to phone and who to phone and make arrangements. Needless to say the whole day was a mess and we missed ou own rehearsals!<br> <br> I was supp**** 1 set cufflings short. And R200 is now being deducted from my deposit aswell!
