No Management, No Accountability, Worst Service

Lets start from the beginning:<br> <br> My wedding is on the 13th of June 2015.<br> <br> 12 April 2015. Me and my father-in-law went to Euro Suit Parkview for a fitting, looking at buying 2 no suites. They ordered the suits.<br> 20 April 2015. Did the suit fitting and paid the full amount. They took measurements and instructed us that the suites can be collected on the 7th May 2015.<br> 11 May 2015. After 30min of searching the stores, they found the 2 suites. They haven't done any alterations to any of the suites. Spoke to Nico on the phone, he said it will be resolved the next day. Tried to get hold of Madeleine, No answer, no phone call back.<br> 12 May 2015 William phoned and said the suites are ready but they are waiting for a shirt.<br> 14 May 2015 My father-in-law went to pic up his suit. Again nothing was ready!<br> 15 May 2015 Father-in-law again went to collect his suit. This time it was ready, but they've altered it so small that the pants didn't even fit over his foot!<br> 15 May 2015 Tried to phone Madeleine again 12:44, no answer or voice mail or phone call back. Tried to phone the HO at 12:41 no answer! Mine still not ready.<br> PLEASE HELP!!! <br> I've also paid for 5 groomsmen suites already on 22 March.
