Worst experience in the history of customer service

Avoid doing business with these people at all costs. I bought a BMW e92 front bumper from these people, even sent them pictures of the car so that they sell me the right bumper. After receiving my shipment, I went ahead and got the panel beater to come wrap(vinyl wrap) the bumper for me which he did, it was only when he tried to fit the bumper that he realised the bumper is incorrect(R1200 for wrapping down the drain just like that). Now we had to remove the vinyl and get the bumper sent back to Europanels and spares. I paid R3900 for the bumper, plus R420 shipping cost when I bought the bumper. Though the fault was theirs, they still requested that I need to ship it back to them and still cover the shipping costs which came to a further R527. After they received the bumper, they refunded the R3500 and I was told I will get the further R400 later. To this day I still have not received anything. I ran a total loss of around R2550 for a R3900 bumper, their service is pathetic and all they sell you are lies.
