Full of Excuses

Euro Group display a complete lack of empathy or willingness to try and assist their customer. Moving country is stressful and having a moving company make your life hell doesn't help. Our apartment building has no resident parking, free parking is available across the road. Apparently their health & safety policy does not allow them to cross a road when delivering goods. They suggest I pay ?300 for a shuttle to drive up and down and drop off the goods or deliver the goods to a different Iocation. I have bent over backwards for this company, I've contacted the local council, the city council and the Sus*** police to get the okay for them to park their vehicle directly outside the entrance to the apartment building, but Oliver claims it's still not good enough.After explaining to his supervisor (Karolina), she verbally stated there would be no further problems if we have the permission of the police. Euro Group are now ignoring all my emails requesting a delivery date.<br> <br> I would not recommend this removal company to anybody, they add unnecessary stress and cost into your move.
