Not complying with CPU act

They dont want to accept returned goods they sell as second hand goods.According to CPU act you have 7 days in which to return goods no matter the reason.The gearbox in question was for a cable type and they supp**** on with a hydrulic system,they said change the bell housing.not reliazing all the gears were connected in to the housing accepted the condition.To do this procedure was to strip the complete boxs and transfer the parts over.This is like twice the amount of time and work.might just aswell have repaired the old box.In order to save time went with the option of getting a second hand gearbox.big mistake with euro boyz.recommend people dont buy from them.next step is actions against this company.
