Unsatisfactory and low class service by EURO BALES

I bought a 10 kg bale for adult hoodies using their whatsapp platform, they sent me wrong stuff, they sent me zipper jackets, I sent them a whatsapp message informing them that they sent me wrong items, I did not mind much keeping the items but what upsets me is their failure to apologize, they even took long to deliver, they told me delivery takes 3-4 days but mine took 7 busoness days.

They are registered on Google but they do not have email address
