Bad service

Very bad experience. Guys beleave all the reviews that are written here. I confronted them about there bad reviews. Thy ensure me it was sorted and they ask the customers to remove them. Not done. I requested them about a engen thy offer it to me R13000 . I agree and thy needed 50%upfront. I dint respect anything wrong . Thy confirmed my deposit. And Siad thy will get there couriers to collect. The next day I got a WhatsApp from Intercontinental Transport to inform me thy need a refundable extra R4000 . But I must read there mail.

NOTE: WE ALSO WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT WE JUST RECEIVED THE NOTIFICATION THIS MORNING FROM THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AS AN EMERGENCY NOT TO TRANSPORT ANY PARCEL WITHOUT THE REFUNDABLE INSURANCE OR IT WILL BE HELD BY THE CUSTOMS POLICE UNIT ON THE WAY. THAT IS WHY WE REQUIRE THE TEMPORARY REFUNDABLE INSURANCE TO BE DONE ASAP AND WE WILL MAKE SURE THE REFUND IS DONE SAME TIME AFTER A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY TO YOU AT YOUR ADDRESS.
