terrible service

I made a booking with TNT through Eurekali Belgium for a parcel to be picked up in Belgium and deliverd in South-Africa. The service I booked was for a pick-up on the 3rd of December 2015 with delivery on December 8th in South-Africa. Well in time for a Christmas present. The parcel was picked up but finally delivered on December 28th !!!! With this TNT and Eurekali breaks their contract. I was promised a refund of my 157 euros as TNT did not deliver what they promised. Every day I checked and was given a status update by Eurekali which was not at all the correct one. One day it is in Belgium, the next in Johannesburg, the next day in Belgium again ... This is unacceptable. TNT and Eurekali should take their responsibility and solve the problem and admit that this shipment went very wrong and refund me. In stead they keep quiet and don't want to respond anymore as they feel the shipment was delivered : after 20 days and not after 5 days which was the guaranteed delivery date. Eurekali mentiones a support service but I have received NO support to solve this matter !! Promises but no actions !!
