Unbelievable inefficiencies

Ten days back I purchased Aquaguard Magna and it has not been installed yet. I have been informing to the customer care executives. No one is seemingly interested to install it. So I requested Eurekaforbes to kindly take back their unpacked things from my home and return my monies. To my shock neither they are reachable nor installed.
