Poor Servicing

We were sold Invisipure RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes. No Service technician reaches for complaints/repairs after many many days despite chasing. Quite a few machines are installed in our One North Complex. I am informed they have only one person who knows how to service/ fix this in all Pune. Obviosly result is catastrophic. My recorded complaints on Cust Care remain unaddressed . Watch out before you buy this product!
